SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING - MADE TO ORDER

All items marked "Made to Order" (indicated in the product description) ship Monday through Friday from our print facility in Chatsworth, CA. Processing takes 2-7 business days for standard shipments and 2-4 business days for expedited shipments. Most orders ship out within 5 business days. Shipping transit times are additional, and depend on which carrier you choose at checkout. Standard domestic shipping is always free!

SHIPPING - IN-HOUSE ITEMS

If your item is already made, we have it stored at our facility in Mesa, AZ. In-house items ship out within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping is always free!

SHIPPING - LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim. 

 CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES

Unsure about your size? Address change? Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to help. Once an order goes into production it cannot be cancelled or modified.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All Sale items, including items purchased with a couple code, are FINAL and not eligible for returns.
Need to return your item? PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST with your order number and reason for return.

Returns are permitted within 3 days of customer receiving their order. Customer is responsible for return shipping plus a $5.00 restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from the total refund.
Exchanges are not permitted. You must return your item then place a new order in the size you'd like. We are a very small company, and because each shirt is made just for you we do not keep a lot of inventory. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business!
