SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING - RETAIL APPAREL

Retail apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc) is made using our print-on-demand partner. Because it is made to order, product can take up to 2 weeks to arrive from the time you place your order. Most print-on-demand products ship out within 5 business days. Once the order ships you will receive a notification with tracking.

SHIPPING - RETAIL ACCESSORIES

Retail accessories are fulfilled in house by me. They usually ship within 3 business days. Once the order ships you will receive a notification with tracking. Accessories ship separately from print-on-demand apparel.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING

Wholesale shipping is currently fulfilled via our wholesale partner Faire. Accepted orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days. We ship via USPS or UPS. You will receive confirmation and tracking via Faire once the order is shipped.

SHIPPING - LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. Please contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim. 

CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES

Unsure about your size? Address change? Need to cancel? Contact us and we'll do our best to help. Once an order goes into production or ships it cannot be cancelled or modified.

WHOLESALE RETURNS

Wholesale returns are managed through our wholesale partner Faire. You can manage your return via your Faire dashboard. 

 

RETAIL RETURNS

All retail sales are FINAL and not eligible for returns unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
