WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Wholesale shipping is currently fulfilled via our wholesale partner Faire. Accepted orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days. We ship via USPS or UPS. You will receive confirmation and tracking via Faire once the order is shipped.
SHIPPING - THE TEE SHOP
Apparel from The Tee Shop collection is available for retail sale. They are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks for fulfillment. Once they ship you will receive a notification with tracking.
SHIPPING - LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced. Please contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.
CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
Unsure about your size? Address change? Need to cancel? Contact us and we'll do our best to help. Once an order goes into production or ships it cannot be cancelled or modified.
WHOLESALE RETURNS
Wholesale returns are managed through our wholesale partner Faire. You can manage your return via your Faire dashboard.
RETAIL RETURNS
All sales from The Tee Shop Collection (made to order), are FINAL and not eligible for returns unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
